Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our systems. Dodo Payments handles all payment processing and related customer inquiries.

d) Public Business Data & Contributory Network

LeadsAgent parses and verifies information from public-facing websites and directories. When you use the extension to process public business information (e.g., business contact details, locations), this data may be included in our Contributor Database for our own business purposes, including analytics and commercial data products, to improve the accuracy and breadth of our services.

e) Service Interactions & Usage Queries

When you interact with our features, including service queries and contextual inputs, we collect this interaction data. This information is stored securely on our servers and is used strictly for internal analytics, product enhancement, and to improve our service algorithms.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the LeadsAgent extension.
• Manage subscriptions and user access.
• Improve and personalize features of the extension.
• Prevent fraud and ensure security (using browser fingerprinting and IP checking).
• Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support (via Email only).

We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral tracking. We do not send SMS messages.

Subject to restrictive licenses, LeadsAgent may share business contact data processed through the network with its customers or partners. These recipients are granted the right to use the information for lawful sales, marketing, and business purposes. We do not sell or share your personal account information (e.g., your registration email) with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors like Dodo Payments (for payment processing) and PostHog (for aggregate usage analysis).
• Legal Compliance: When required by law (e.g., to comply with legal process or government requests).

We follow strictly compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) standards regarding our sub-processors.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use minimal cookies strictly for:

• Basic analytics via PostHog.

We do not use invasive tracking, ad pixels, or cross-site profiling.
