LeadsAgent grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the browser extension strictly in accordance with these Terms.
While you retain rights to your specific use of the software, LeadsAgent retains full ownership of all proprietary databases, algorithms, and compilations of public business data aggregated through the platform. By utilizing the extension to parse information from public-facing websites, you grant LeadsAgent a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, compile, and include this business contact data in our Contributor Database for our own business purposes and network enhancement.
LeadsAgent provides tools to assist with B2B discovery from publicly available sources. You, the user, are fully responsible for:
LeadsAgent is provided "as is" and does not provide legal advice.
Support and automatic extension updates are provided for the term defined by your subscription type and are based on the date of purchase. After your subscription expires, a new subscription will need to be purchased to continue receiving support and updates.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hey [at] tryleadsagent.com within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. This policy applies to initial purchases and subscriptions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
