2. License and Ownership

LeadsAgent grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the browser extension strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. The LeadsAgent extension and all associated code, designs, and intellectual property are the sole property of LeadsAgent.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
  • Use the extension to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension without prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

LeadsAgent provides tools to assist with business discovery from publicly available sources. You, the user, are fully responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM).
  • Ethical and lawful use of any data processed by the extension.
  • Ensuring you have the right to contact the entities you discover.

LeadsAgent is provided "as is" and does not provide legal advice.

4. Support

Support and automatic extension updates are provided for the term defined by your subscription type and are based on the date of purchase. After your subscription expires, a new subscription will need to be purchased to continue receiving support and updates.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. This policy applies to initial purchases and subscriptions.

Note: All payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor, Paddle, in accordance with their consumer terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
